About the Role We are now seeking a dynamic Senior Partner Manager to lead strategic growth through partnerships, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic wholesale transport partnerships across brokers, 3PLs, 4PLs, airlines, and platform providers. With a focus on commercial growth and market expansion, you’ll drive outcomes that maximise network utilisation and create mutual value — all while operating independently from direct sales channels to maintain compliance. Leading a team of account managers in NSW, this key leadership role is suited to someone with deep transport industry knowledge, a commercial mindset and the ability to drive results by inspiring others and leading by example. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute a structured partnership strategy to grow wholesale transport revenue Lead commercial negotiations and shape long-term agreements that benefit both TGE and our partners Align closely with pricing, solutions, and operational teams to ensure scalable and sustainable partnerships Coach, mentor and lead a high-performing team of Account and Partner Managers Monitor performance against budgets, optimise resources, and drive performance improvement Deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding our reach and relevance in market What You’ll Bring 5 years of senior leadership in sales, partnerships, or account management in transport, logistics, or supply chain Strong experience working with 3PLs, 4PLs, brokers, and carriers Proven track record in managing and growing strategic commercial partnerships Ability to lead with influence, coach for high performance, and align teams to commercial objectives Data-driven mindset with strong planning, forecasting, and performance management skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or Marketing Why Team Global Express?
