Known for delivering complex and design-driven projects across sectors including education, aged care, hospitality and retail, this builder maintains a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and consistency. About the Role As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate tender submissions for projects ranging from $5M to $50M. Working closely with senior management and project teams, this is a fast-paced yet structured environment suited to someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic aspects of estimating. Key Responsibilities Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation for tender preparation Build accurate cost estimates and BOQs across all trades Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing Contribute to tender strategy, methodology and risk assessments Participate in tender review meetings and post-tender negotiations Skills & Experience Minimum 3–6 years of estimating experience with a reputable commercial builder Proven ability to price D&C and lump sum projects in the $5M–$50M range Solid understanding of construction methodology and local market rates Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join?
