This role offers the rare opportunity to drive strategy, mentor up-and-coming leaders and work on complex group structures and advisory engagements. As a key part of the leadership team, you will review client work across pods, support pod managers in client and team management and be a key point of contact for new and complex client matters. You will also strengthen referral networks with legal, banking and finance contacts and lead high-level training initiatives across the firm.
