We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time Management Consultant to join our dedicated team. Duties and responsibilities: Work closely with company leadership to design operational strategies that maximise productivity on civil construction projects while aligning with long-term business goals. Identify inefficiencies in project delivery, subcontractor engagement, and resource deployment by conducting in-depth consultations with site supervisors and office staff. Evaluate current project management frameworks and construction workflows to ensure compliance with industry standards and improve execution timelines. Observe on-site processes and engage with field teams to gather insights into logistical, labour, and material coordination challenges. Recommend structural and procedural enhancements to improve efficiency in large-scale infrastructure and landscape construction projects. Review internal methods for estimating, scheduling, and procurement to identify gaps and streamline administrative practices. Examine project documentation such as site reports, contracts, work schedules, and employee task lists to uncover bottlenecks and redundancies. Draft and propose revised systems for site management, workforce allocation, and project oversight to optimise job site productivity. Support implementation of new processes by preparing updated work instructions, internal manuals, and training documents for the project and admin teams. Monitor the adherence of project operations to newly introduced systems and report on deviations from defined procedures or benchmarks. Qualifications and Requirement : Bachelor Degree Atleast one year of relevant experience as Management Consultant. Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills.
