Due to growth we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join their team. Within this role you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and warm leads to arrange new business appointments for field based Sales Representatives. The role: Proactively contact new prospects (all warm leads) and arrange new business appointments via the telephone for sales representatives. Timely and regular follow ups with customers and potential customers. Identify needs of clients and provide solutions in a timely manner Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. Manage data for new and prospective clients in company CRM platform ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate. Provide courteous customer service and ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and requests. Prompt escalation of any issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority. Assist with general office administration and answering of customer calls.
