You’ll be providing meaningful care during community shifts, with support from a team that genuinely has your back. We’re looking for someone who takes the time to connect with people and brings a kind, steady presence to every visit. What your day will look like : Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care Deliver high-quality care in a home-based setting Ensure clients arrive at their appointments on time Assist with medication management Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring all dietary needs are met Provide domestic assistance to maintain a clean and safe environment You will need the following compliances: Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Health Services Assistance Current Working with Children's Check National Police Check Current NDIS Worker screening check Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Evidence of current flu vaccination Evidence of 3x Covid vaccinations Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia Excellent communication skills Above all else, an absolute love for helping others!
