We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Graduate Commercial Loans Specialist to join a dynamic, human-centric organisation with a great company culture. You’ll gain hands-on experience in commercial lending while developing key skills in credit writing, client relationship management, and deal coordination. The Role: Learn the Credit Process: Work closely with Business Bankers to help prepare, review, and finalise credit submissions. Client Support: Be a key contact for business clients, ensuring their journey is smooth from start to finish. Deal Coordination: Help manage transactions through to settlement by liaising with clients and internal teams. Ideal Candidate: A driven, graduate with a background in Commerce, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience) Experience with reading financial statements such as P&L and Balance sheet A proactive communicator who’s keen to learn and grow in a professional environments Exposure to financial documents (like tax returns or financial statements) is a plus, but not essential—we’ll support you Ideally 1–2 years in banking, financial services, or lending Benefits Great team with strong mentorship and internal growth opportunities Internal progression opportunities Great company culture 2 days working from home and a hybrid structure that supports flexibility.
