You’ll be encouraged to bring your personality to the floor, connect with guests, and help lead a motivated, positive team. The roster is strictly 38 hours to ensure work-life balance, with a management team that supports you outside of post-shift drinks. Creating moments and special atmospheres for guests and the team. Leading shifts and managing front-of-house staff. Managing customer feedback and ensuring high service standards. Working with management to achieve KPIs and maintain service excellence. What do you need? A positive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Motivated to grow with the business and take initiative.
