As a full-time member of our team, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young minds, providing a safe and stimulating environment for our students. What you'll be doing Designing and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework Providing care and supervision to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social interaction Documenting children's progress, observations, and learning experiences, and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised learning space, adhering to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Required) Licence/Certification: Working with Children Check (Required) Work Authorisation: Australia (Required) Work Location: In person
