About the role This role plays a key part in delivering world-class financial planning, analysis, and reporting for TWE globally. You’ll support month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement and data integrity. This 14 month fixed term contract position involves month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the 5 Year Strategic Plan process. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, and global business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop Group-wide models and reporting tools. Responsibilities include Lead and support global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning cycles Consolidate and analyse financial data to deliver insights to the Board, ELT, and business units Contribute to monthly reporting packs and dashboards with clear, actionable commentary Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand performance drivers and future trends Drive improvements in reporting tools, financial models, and system processes Ensure data integrity across planning systems (Hyperion, HFM, PBCS) Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis Engage and influence stakeholders across the business with clear financial storytelling About you As a seasoned financial analyst, you will support the annual budget and 5-year plan process, monthly Integrated Business Planning process, and liaise with internal teams for insight collection and communication. The role also involves contributing to Board reports and Executive Leadership Team reports, collaborating with Divisional finance teams, performing ad-hoc analysis, and managing the delivery of Group FP&A processes. Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Experience in financial planning, reporting, and systems (Hyperion preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Confidence in translating complex financial data into clear business insights Degree in Accounting or finance combined with CA or CPA qualification is preferred 5 years' experience in a finance role within a complex organisation Strong analytical, planning, and information presentation skills are essential, along with advanced Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.
