About the role The Clients Division are embarking on an exciting transformation journey aligned with TAC’s Make Every Day Matter strategy and broader Enterprise Transformation program. As part of this, we are seeking a Business Lead to optimise the client onboarding process. This is a key role central to the delivery of prioritised TAC initiatives and projects under the Best Client Outcomes goal. The Business Lead will use their strong operational knowledge of the business to implement identified optimisation initiatives, turn insights into business impacts, as well as identify further opportunities to enhance performance and client outcomes. You’ll work closely with project stakeholders including Project Managers, Business Analysts, SMEs, and operational leaders across TAC to ensure outcomes are practical, future-focused, and client-centred. You will also work closely with the Senior Manager, Onboarding and Income Dependency. About the Team This role sits within the Best Client outcomes Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working. The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes, client, employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio, Program and Project Delivery for the TAC, as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC. What we’re looking for Expertise in TAC business operations and management Knowledge of Client Pathways with a particular focus on onboarding clients within the TAC is crucial to your success in this Business Lead Stakeholder management skills Proficient in cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive collaborative success.
