About the Role As an Enrolments & Admissions Advisor, you’ll guide prospective delegates and their employers in selecting the right course to meet their career goals. You’ll respond to enquiries from various channels, providing clear advice and managing the full enrolment process, including payment and documentation. This phone based role offers partial remote flexibility. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, converting interest into enrolments, and supporting students before and after training begins. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound enquiries and provide accurate enrolment advice. Achieve KPIs for response times, conversions, and service quality. Match delegates with suitable courses based on goals and eligibility. Process enrolments accurately and ensure compliance. Manage leads and data using Salesforce and Axcelerate. Support B2B solutions and collaborate to drive growth. About You The successful candidate will bring to the role: Experience in a call centre or lead management role, ideally in education or an RTO setting Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Resilience under pressure and ability to work independently Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Axcelerate experience a plus Must be an Australian Citizen AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
