As our Internal Communications and Employer Brand Executive , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our team members experience our culture and how the world sees us as an employer of choice. About the role The role is part of our People and Culture team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. You will also collaborate closely with our Marketing and PR teams on key projects. As the Internal Communications and Employer Brand Executive , you will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of our internal communication activities, designing and executing employer brand campaigns and contribute to global change projects and communication events such as Strategy Roadshows and Awards. This is a hands-on role that will leverage your creative, project co-ordination and copy writing skills. What you’ll do: Design and deliver employer brand campaigns that attract diverse talent and position hospitality as a career for growth and diversity. Craft compelling internal communications that celebrate success, support change, and bring our purpose and values to life. Own our social storytelling—develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn and other social platforms that showcase our people, culture and career pathways. Partner across our global teams to deliver integrated communication strategies. Support initiatives like Diversity and Inclusion, Digital Transformation, Leadership Academe, Regional and Global awards and careers marketing campaigns with innovative and thoughtful storytelling and collateral. Plan, measure and report on what matters and continuously improves how we connect and communicate with future talent and our team members. What you’ll bring: 3 years’ experience in internal communications and/or employer branding . A creative mind and natural flair for strong storytelling and content creation skills (written, visual, and video). A collaborative spirit that recognises “we achieve more together”. Confidence working across time zones and with diverse teams. Project execution skills - the ability to set marketing and communication plans and deliver them. Experience in the use of tools such as Canva, Office365, social media platforms, basic video editing and analytics. High level attention to detail. You understand what is occurring in the world, our industry, our company and our teams and connect this together while ensuring brand alignment and accuracy.
