About the role This role contributes to the success of the City by working as the first point of contact between the general public and Council, the role assists clients with queries and payments, both face-to-face and over the phone. It provides general administrative assistance within the Group. Role accountabilities include: Provide high quality customer service and represent the Council in a positive and professional manner. Provide assistance to customers with queries such as but not limited to, development appraisal, animal management and residential parking.
