We are seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our team in a national role based in NSW . Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key thought leaders (KTLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to provide comprehensive medical and scientific support. • Conduct KTL analysis and segmentation to optimize engagement plans and ensure access to relevant therapeutic information. • Gather actionable insights through interactions with external stakeholders, attending congresses, and reviewing scientific literature. • Deliver credible scientific presentations and provide educational support to healthcare providers and internal teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance Galderma’s initiatives in therapeutics dermatology. Note extensive travel will be required as this is a national role. Skills & Qualifications • Medical, Pharmacy, or higher degree in a relevant life sciences field; additional qualifications in dermatology/immunology are desirable. • Proven experience in a similar MSL, medical, or clinical research role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
