About the role You will provide administrative and logistical support for curriculum delivery, including coordination of teaching activities, meetings, and events, general office support, and maintaining shared spaces. The position also includes reception duties, secretarial support, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Provide effective administrative support to academic staff. Assist with the delivery of the Doctor of Medicine curriculum . Format the curricular material and documents. Coordinate the logistics of the School’s lecturer program. Assist with School’s procurement process and invoice payments for Finance Maintaining student attendance for each compulsory component . Organise meetings / events and coordinate academic room bookings. Provide secretarial support to committees as required. Provide regular reception support and backup support to other administrative staff within the School during peak and vacation periods. Qualifications, skills & experience Completion of a Diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience; and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/training. Demonstrated competency in various software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint ), Adobe, timetabling programs ( eg , Celcat ) and Learning Management System ( eg BlackBoard ). E xperience providing secretarial support for committee meetings, including the preparation and delivery of agendas, minutes and associated documents. Highly developed communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus . Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as appropriate, and work in a flexible and dynamic environment with competing priorities to meet deadlines.
