We are seeking an Investor Relations & Business Development Coordinator - a charismatic, ambitious professional who can develop relationships with investors, manage high-value connections, and drive capital-raising efforts. This is a relationship-driven role where you will engage with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors. You will represent the firm at events, private networking events, and industry conferences. What You’ll Do Proactively Build & Manage Investor Relationships Engage and develop relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Be the first point of contact for new investors, introducing them to Dragonfly’s investment opportunities. Make strategic cold introductions via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Nurture relationships, ensuring investors remain engaged with the firm. Stay on top of investors' interests and concerns, tailoring follow-ups to their priorities. Keep investors engaged and informed—even those not yet ready to invest. Direct Investor Outreach & Cold Calling (Primary Focus) Proactively reach out to new investors - including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Introduce the company to HNW’s, family offices, and institutional investors. Develop trust-based relationships from first contact, ensuring investors engagement. Handle objections professionally, refining messaging to increase engagement and conversion rates. Be persistent and structured—this role is about consistency, follow-ups, and moving investors through a pipeline. Drive Capital Raising & Business Development Work with senior leadership to drive investor engagement and capital-raising efforts. Follow up with investors after pitches, ensuring that conversations move toward a financial commitment. Track investor interest, hesitations, and deal progression, ensuring that no relationship falls through the cracks. Manage CRM & Investor Data Tracking Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system with every investor interaction, ensuring accurate records. Track outreach activity, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. Create internal reports to monitor pipeline progress and identify priority relationships. Systematically move investors through the engagement process. Represent Dragonfly at Events & Meetings Attend investor events, networking functions, and industry conferences. Serve as a trusted representative of the firm, ensuring strong investor engagement. Prepare & Manage Investor Materials Assist in preparing investment pitch decks, investor memos, and fundraising collateral. Work with management to craft compelling investor messaging. Ensure all investor-facing materials are polished, professional, and persuasive. Marketing Develop content and implement marketing via various digital mediums. Organize investor events, webinars, and gatherings. Who You Are A minimum of 4 years industry experience in roles that include sales, business development, stakeholder management, and events. Experience in the finance industry in investment banking, private equity, or wealth management is preferred. Tertiary qualifications in a business-related bachelor degree.
