As our Head of Funded projects, you’ll be leading from the front, working with our amazing teams to take ideas from concept to completion. Your week might involve writing a compelling grant submission, working with the corporate team on refining strategy, or reviewing KPIs of your team before getting your boots dusty on a site visit. Variety is guaranteed, but impact is the real reward. Your focus areas: Leading end-to-end project management with a strong strategic lens Managing internal teams and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity Measuring and communicating results that drive continuous improvement How your week might look when your hard at work Mondays we get together to share information and ideas. You may be checking in with all your project managers as to their projects or be working with the finance team on some milestone reporting to set the direction for the week. Tuesday you may be attending a stakeholder consultation about the governments reef program or going to an agricultural round table. Wednesday may be a day where you are ensuring quality reports are being written for all projects, and whist doing so preparing briefs for the board. Thursday may be spent writing a funding submission to government or reviewing some future project plans. Friday may be analysing project dashboards and reviewing outcomes to ensure we are delivering value or you may be planting pineapples in Queen Street Park for an activation, who knows?!
