Requirements: Carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with systems and processes to achieve operational performance targets and KPI’s Carry out cyclical maintenance tasks as per agreed maintenance schedules Carry out preventative maintenance program to ensure plant and equipment reliability and support operators in completing preventative maintenance Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure continuity of operations Assist in maintenance scheduling and provide technical guidance where required Is competent in the use of equipment required for the role (e.g. scrap handlers & folk-lifts). Identify and report issues with machinery. Complete and report daily pre-operational checks. Assists in protecting product from loss or damage Boilermakers: Certificate 3 in heavy fabrication Light to heavy fabrication skills Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings Ability to weld with the following o MMA – Manual Metal Arc Welding o GMAW – Gas Metal Arc Welding o FCAW – Flux Core Arc Welding o Air Arc Gouging o Oxy Cutting, gouging To be successfully considered for this work, you will hold a relevant Trade Certificate, have a high-level focus on Safety, current drivers' license and vehicle, be able to pass a Medical, Pre-Employment Assessment & Drug & Alcohol Test if required.
