In this role, you will take full responsibility for the clinical, operational, and financial management of a medium-sized aged care facility, supported by a Care Manager and a strong clinical care team. This position is perfect for an operationally focused Facility Manager seeking their next challenge, with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will bring proven leadership capabilities and aged care management experience to the role.
