Job Description We are expanding our team in Penrith and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated independent Exercise Physiologist Contractor to join us in making a positive impact in our community. We are open to applications from Exercise Physiologists in Penrith with experience working with NDIS participants. In this role you will: Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning. Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based exercise interventions within a complex support space. Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions, and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
