Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a civil engineer. Essential experience in subdivision and roads preferred Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ABOUT THE ROLE Overseeing all technical aspects of civil projects from conception to completion. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
