Inlogik are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to help shape and evolve Inlogik’s Card Managment Platform product offering. This role focuses on developing and enhancing Inlogik’s CMP platform and translating complex client and technical requirements into scalable, logical product outcomes. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders across Sales & Marketing, Development, Client Services, and Compliance to drive discovery, validate feasibility, and ensure consistent product and feature alignment. This isn’t a P&L-focused role—it’s about building the right product in the right way, with a focus on reusability, maintainability, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the discovery, prioritisation, and definition of features for Inlogik’s Card Management Platform. Translate customer requirements into clear, scalable, and maintainable product specifications. Validate technical feasibility in collaboration with technology leads. Define product behaviours, workflows, and modular capabilities that scale across bank clients. Support the Product Owner in shaping the roadmap and balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution. Analyse internal usage patterns and external feedback to refine functionality and improve system maintainability. Work closely with client-facing teams to understand operational and compliance requirements. Requirements 5 years in product management, business analysis, or technical product roles in enterprise software, ideally within fintech or SaaS environments. Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and integration approaches. Conceptual understanding of technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, .NET, IIS, and API frameworks. Strong knowledge of web and mobile product design principles, including responsive UI/UX considerations. Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable product requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and prioritisation skills. Nice to Have Experience working with banks or payment card systems. Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and related frameworks. Awareness of web security principles and common vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP).
