The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Defence Solutions team in Henderson, WA . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects critical to Australia’s naval defence capability. You’ll be responsible for end to end delivery of high-value, high profile projects, balancing safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cross-functional teams with a strong focus on people leadership and team engagement. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex remediation and coatings projects. Manage budgets, project financials, and contract obligations. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and labour providers. About You: To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Proven project management experience, ideally within Defence, Infrastructure, or Asset Remediation. Strong people management and leadership capabilities. Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills. Sound business and commercial acumen – including contract and financial management. Technical knowledge of surface prep, coatings, hazardous substances, QA/QC, and ITPs. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project). Preferred qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar. Why Join Eptec?
