Experience: 5 years' previous experience in similar technologies · Designing and configuring Observability, Integrated Risk Management(IRM) · Administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability. · Supporting modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog. · Design and develop ServiceNow data models for ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB process integrations. · Designing, developing, and automating workflows, forms, and integrations · Developing API integrations (JSON, REST, ServiceNow Spokes) to connect ServiceNow with enterprise systems · Deep knowledge on integration interfaces (JDBC, JSON, SOAP, REST, OPENID, SAML, ODBC, DATA exports, transform maps). · Creating and maintaining user roles, access controls, groups, and permissions in line with company privacy standards. · Designing and building workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Business Rules. · Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with proposed architecture and designs. · In depth knowledge on Application Portfolio management (APM) and Strategic Portfolio Management(SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) · Ensure timely deployment of ServiceNow updates with minimal disruption to operations. · Developing dashboards and reports to provide visibility across service operations. · Troubleshooting platform issues and coordinating with ServiceNow support as needed. · Manage and enhance ServiceNow request and catalogue management processes. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. · Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows. · Ensure best practices and standards are followed in ServiceNow development. · Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE · ServiceNow expertise - ITSM, request management, scripting, UI policies, workflows · JavaScript & automation skills - Ability to script within ServiceNow to streamline processes · API & integration experience - Working with REST APIs, JSON, and ServiceNow Spokes · Cloud familiarity - AWS knowledge is a plus, particularly for automation · Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to troubleshoot and improve workflows Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred). · ServiceNow certification · Proven experience in implementing and customizing ITAM/ITSM tools using ITIL best practices. · Hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support). · Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, JDBC, and object-oriented methodologies. · Knowledge of UI development (HTML5, XML, CSS) and CMS platforms.
