Service Now expertise – ITSM & ITOM, request management, scripting, UI policies, workflows JavaScript & automation skills - Ability to script within Service Now to streamline processes API & integration experience - Working with REST APIs, JSON, and Service Now Spokes Cloud familiarity - AWS knowledge is a plus, particularly for automation Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to troubleshoot and improve workflows Proven experience in implementing and customizing ITAM/ITSM tools using ITIL best practices. Knowledge of UI development (HTML5, XML, CSS) and CMS platforms. Hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support).
