About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at our Cannon Hill Head Office. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting compliance and governance across the organisation by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining internal and external compliance standards. You will work closely with the HSEQ team and other departments to ensure best practices in document control, contractor management, and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the IMS Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Supporting compliance reporting and regular legal compliance reviews Assisting managers with HSEQ information for contractor portals, tenders, and projects Coordinating CM3 and other compliance portal submissions Managing contractor and supplier processes, including onboarding and compliance documentation Maintaining registers (Modern Slavery Risk, Document Control, Contractor & Supplier) Requesting and maintaining up-to-date certifications and documentation via BA365 Performing document control tasks: editing, publishing, and managing the document library Assisting in internal reviews and assurance activities What We Offer Competitive remuneration package Ongoing professional development and training opportunities A supportive, team-oriented work environment Convenient office location in Cannon Hill Stable employment and opportunities for career advancement Salary $80K to $90K plus Super negotiable commensurate to experience About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a compliance-focused position Ability to interpret and manage complex business contracts Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication Professional presentation and a strong customer service ethic Highly self-motivated with the ability to multitask under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated experience in workplace health & safety compliance Valid Australian Citizenship or Right to Work in Australia About Trident Services We deliver professional cleaning and security services across Australia’s retail centres and airports, with a focus on high standards and customer service.
