Builder Developer: Long term pipeline of projects Location: Wollongong Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 Super Well supported team, positive culture & Career pathways to Seniority What you will be doing? As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a major residential tower. You'll take ownership of all phases including contract management, programming, consultant coordination, site delivery and client liaison. You’ll be backed by a Senior PM and Construction Manager to help drive program, quality and budget outcomes.
