About the Role: Machinery operation across cropping program; General machinery maintenance and servicing; Truck driving and transport duties; Monday to Friday, 45 hour working week; Extended hours during seeding and harvest periods. About You: HR licence essential (MC an advantage); Some prior farming experience preferred; Aptitude for machinery operation and maintenance; Positive, team-focused and eager to learn; Willing to commit to longer hours during peak times.
