The Role: You’ll be working closely with children, young people, and adults presenting with a range of support needs. Responsibilities include: Conducting behavioural assessments and developing support plans Delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team Supporting clients with complex needs and/or restrictive practices Engaging families, carers and professionals to ensure consistent progress Working in line with NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework What You’ll Need: Bachelor or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields Certification as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or equivalent qualification Strong interpersonal and written communication skills A passion for delivering outcomes-based care Driver’s license & access to reliable transport Willingness to learn and grow as part of a supportive team Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you.
