Utilise diverse service delivery methods: Offer services across various settings such as client homes, group homes, schools, day programs, community environments, and via telehealth, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for clients Contribute to a multidisciplinary team: Work alongside a supportive team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists to provide holistic care Engage in continuous professional development: Access specialist resources, supervision, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. What you need to succeed Certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia Experience or strong interest in supporting people with disability and/or complex needs Skills, or willingness to learn, in assessing and supporting communication and swallowing needs across a range of abilities using a strengths-based, evidence-informed approach Understanding of the NDIS and the flexibility to respond to client goals and funding plans Current driver’s licence Who is Scope?
