Your role: As a Team Leader within our Social Firm, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful job opportunities or work experience by upskilling Scope supported employees or clients from DES/SLES or other Not For Profits who are passionate about cleaning and broadening their skillset. This role consists of leadership, coordination, empowerment, and person-centered support, particularly for your caseload of individuals with disability or other barriers to employment. You will be responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment that aligns with Scope’s strategic direction and purpose. Scope supported employees will also have the opportunity to work across Scope’s head office and our Seven Hills factory, contributing to a strong sense of purpose and professional growth. Requirements: Certificate in Disability or other relevant qualification and/or background in cleaning, leadership, mentoring or upskilling. Valid Senior First Aid Certificate and Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CRP) Valid NDIS Workers Check and WWCC. Understanding of Person-Centered Support and experience supporting people with a disability Clear communication and leadership skills. Current knowledge of the NDIS Practice standards and requirements of service provision. Who is Scope?
