Key Responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and maintain adequate policy, processes, systems, and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient project delivery. Manage the delivery of Capital Assets and Infrastructure projects from inception to finalisation, ensuring that clinical and operational requirements and SCHHS policies for capital works, building maintenance and asset management are fulfilled. Work with strategic partners to assess or develop appropriate service delivery models underpinned by clinical planning knowledge of the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines, Australian Standards, industry benchmarks and other evidence-based design guidelines. Work in partnership with key stakeholders to plan and manage the delivery of the projects, within budget, program, quality parameters in line with relevant clinical or operational service delivery models. Remuneration value up to $166 569 p.a., comprising salary between $136 035 - $145 990 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7).
