The Role A once in a lifetime opportunity exists to join the Belgravia Pro team to oversee the management of one of the Bundaberg council's holiday parks. The successful applicants will share the council's and Belgravia Leisure values and will need to be invested in providing the absolute best in guest service and experiences. To be successful in this role you'll need to be willing to go the extra mile, take pride in your park and manage it as if it were your own. Importantly you'll also be part of an established team of high performing Park Managers that will give and share ideas to ensure the park continues to thrive. Park Managers have full responsibility for the operation and customer experience of our campgrounds and tourist parks. Our managers need to be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude. Managers oversee small teams and are accountable for the financial outcomes of the business. You must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement. A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so you can focus on your delighting guests. If you are an experienced park manager, we can work with you to succeed in this exciting role. For all partner applications, one applicant will be the park manager, while the other will be the Assistant Manager. To be successful in the role, you must be computer literate, have strong work ethic and be able to handle some hard laborious duties such as grounds maintenance and the cleaning of the amenities block and common areas.
