Your Organisation: Our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to support the setup and operations of one of their projects – a community-focused space dedicated to supporting people and connecting them with local services. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an initiative that directly improves the lives of people and their families. The role will begin with setup and coordination tasks and will quickly evolve to include opportunities for problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on community support. Your Role: Be the face of the business – greet and support all visitors Assist in coordinating new office and hub setups (layout, resources, equipment) Provide general admin support including email management and some event coordination coordinating information sessions Manage visitor check-ins using an iPad system and maintain accurate daily records Liaise with community organisations, aged care providers, and local stakeholders Work with marketing team to organise and promote hub events and order branded merchandise (brochures, pens, t-shirts, drink bottles, stress balls) Support individuals to navigate complex service systems and access the resources, supports, and connections they need to thrive. Your Profile: Warm, calm and welcoming – a confident first point of contact Proactive, takes initiative, and doesn't wait for direction Comfortable adapting to evolving environments Collaborative and solution-focused Passionate about community engagement and service delivery About You: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Carelink CRM Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills Friendly, approachable and adaptable Previous admin, office coordination or community engagement experience is desirable We are seeking one candidate to work at each site located in Bundaberg and Gladstone, QLD Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, but you must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check for this role.
