Working within the client’s home, you’ll have the opportunity to offer specialised equipment and pressure care strategies. Additionally, you will also be responsible for: Managing a wide variety of client presentations across many community aged care funding bodies including Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Transitional Care Program and Palliative Care Providing in home assessments and developing treatment plans to enable our clients meet their goals. This will include interventions such as simple and complex equipment prescription, major and minor home modifications and client educations. Working within a supportive statewide Occupational Therapy team of 70 plus OTs with decades of experience. You will also be working locally with a diverse multidisciplinary Allied Health team and Blue Care Neighborhoods including nurses, care workers and support staff.
