About the role This role is responsible for delivering streamlined and effective contract management initiatives, systems, and processes, while managing the administrative components of procurement services to help the organisation meet its strategic and operational priorities. Duties Deliver business excellence outcomes across procurement & contract management services aligned with the organisational goals and Strategy. Manage the process to review and execute funding and commercial contracts, licence agreements, MOU’s including revisions, variations, renewals and execution by the Board, CEO and Executive Committee. Develop and implement processes to ensure effective and streamlined contract management. Generate reports, analyse and report on the status of existing agreements in the Contracts Management System (CMS) and ensure all information is monitored and compliant. Design updates to implement and continuously improve the Contracts Management System. Design and deliver related training and support packages to all levels of the organisation. Ensure that internal stakeholders adhere to due diligence processes outlined in the Contract Management Policy and procedures and that approvals for contract execution are in accordance with the Schedule of Authorities and Delegations. Provide data entry and filing of legal matters in line with TBS record keeping policies and procedures. Support and assist the Manager, Procurement & Contracts with the administrative aspects of procurement including procurement systems and processes, policies and procedures, guides, tools and templates, process audits, reporting and administration of associated Sharepoint sites and hub pages. Provide input into procurement and contracts policies and procedures and ensure the procedures are followed across the organisation. Our Benefits We support people to live their best life. Skills and Experience Certificate in Business Services or related field and/or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience working with and managing the contracts administration process including various contract-related documentation desirable. High attention to detail and ability to notice errors in documentation. Proactive and results focused with the ability to work within a team or autonomously. Ability to multi-task and plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and apply sound judgement.
