A market leading fit-out/refurb contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing business. The Position Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
