Qualifications & Experience Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or equivalent AQF qualification (mandatory) Minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support (essential) NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory) First Aid Certificate and CPR (desirable) Manual Handling training (preferred) Key Responsibilities Support participants during daily routines and community activities Assist with personal care, mobility, and hygiene Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required Plan and support participation in social and recreational activities Light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping Provide companionship, emotional support, and reliable care Assist with transport and errands May include in-home or live-in support when required What We Offer Supportive, family-oriented team culture Flexible rosters to support work/life balance Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities to grow within a passionate, participant-focused organisation Application Questions Please ensure your application answers the following: Which of the following best describes your right to work in Australia?
