Job Description We are expanding our Adelaide Behaviour Support team and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitoiner to join us in making a positive impact in our community. Responsibilities will include: Supporting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies as per the positive behaviour support framework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community Ensuring individual plans reflect participants' goals, passions and strengths Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners What's in it for you?
