Assist with luggage handling, valet parking , escorting guests to rooms and the WSCC. Deliver VIP amenities , respond to guest requests, and support concierge services such as booking tours or transport. Actively promote and assist with sign-ups for ALL Accor and Panthers Club memberships . Ensure the lobby and entrance area are clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times. Perform daily tasks including mail runs, parcel handling , and room showings. Report and help resolve guest complaints or issues, escalating as needed. Contribute to a collaborative and positive work culture through team briefings and peer support. THE CRITERIA Previous guest service experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role preferred. Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong local knowledge of Penrith and Western Sydney (or willingness to learn). Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks (e.g., luggage, valet parking). Willingness to work flexible hours , including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Awareness of and commitment to WH&S, hygiene, and safety standards . Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in presentation and cleanliness.
