We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar & Cocktail Attendants to join our dynamic team. These roles are ideal for those with a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in mixology. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons and delivering high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with flair and precision. Provide friendly and efficient service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the POS system. Assist and engage with patrons providing friendly and efficient service. Assist in functions and event service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and guest experience. Support TAB operations, providing assistance to patrons and ensuring compliance. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate is required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
