Reporting to the Team Leader, the role of the Residential Home Placement Officer provides customers with proactive, practical and timely support from their initial Blue Care enquiry, through site tours, application and ultimately through to transitioning into a Blue Care Residential Aged Care home. This role will ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement with Blue Care through delivering a Blue Care person-centred and consistent accounts management approach. You will: Provide a high level of inbound and outbound customer service Be able to communicate effectively to both internal and external customers - via phone, email and online Determine customer needs and assist to understand suitable care options Explain the Aged Care process in detail including the fees payable Follow all legislative requirements including issuing legal contracts to clients Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
