Collections Manager Sydney CBD | Full-time, Office-based | $140k - $170k Join a fast-growing fintech company and take full ownership of the collections function-driving strategy through automation, compliance, and data. This is a newly created position in a rapidly growing fintech company, offering full responsibility for the Australian collections portfolio with the opportunity to expand your scope to other countries in their portfolio. You'll lead process improvements, implement automation, and bring structure and insights to an already high-volume lending environment. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Collections Management: Monitor delinquent accounts and prioritise recovery actions Identify and mitigate high-risk accounts Collection & Credit Analysis: Generate and analyse reports on collection metrics Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes Collections Automation & Technology: Stay up to date with emerging collections technologies aligned to business goals Optimise automated workflows (SMS, email, IVR, in-app messaging) Use A/B testing to improve messaging and recovery outcomes Work with product and engineering teams to automate and scale collections processes Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian regulations.
