We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Fleet Manager to join our team and lead the coordination and management of our transport operations. Key Responsibilities: Organise the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel. Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide advice on vehicle types, rates, and obligations, and handle customer complaints professionally. Receive orders and bookings , and plan and implement effective transportation schedules. Ensure all goods are stored and transported under appropriate conditions to maintain quality. Arrange the collection and delivery of vehicles and goods. Maintain accurate business records , and prepare operational statements and reports. Coordinate all activities related to the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of trains and vehicles. Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in fleet or logistics management. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong knowledge of transport regulations and OH&S standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in transport management systems is a plus.
