About the role The position is primarily responsible for Client Operational Services. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting in the identification and conversion of new customer leads. Assigning the right people to the right roles at the right time. Building and maintaining a strong management team with a balance of operational efficiency, marketing drive and experience. Setting direction and developing goal, plans and strategies for managing profit and growth. Actively promoting an ethics-based culture and ensuring that they are aware of and fully comply with the Company Code of Ethics. Skills & experience Extensive experience managing large numbers of people. Business development experience and ability to interpret P&L’s. Proven experience dealing with client contracts and / or tender submissions. Conceptual thinker and able to present concepts clearly.
