The role involves two-pack spray painting of municipal vehicles in a new-build workshop environment. Successful candidates can start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Sand (pre-prep) and mask off vehicles to a professional, high standard. Colour match and mix paints according to build specifications. Apply primer and finishing coats using HVLP spray guns. Interpret workshop drawings and build specification sheets. Prioritise work tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial two-pack spray painting, preferably on trucks, trailer bodies, or agricultural equipment. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work unsupervised and meet production deadlines. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, with the right to work in Australia. Own tools and appropriate PPE. Spray Painter trade qualification is desirable but not mandatory. Two professional references from previous employers.
