In this role, you will be leading day-to-day operations to ensure organizational delivery of high quality annotated data from the group of Team Leads you support. You will effectively lead team performance by developing Team Leads, and other Senior Annotation roles, through individual coaching, team meetings, mentor sessions, participating in interviewing and hiring, data analysis, and collaboration with other Data Operations sites. You’ll also assist in the development of tools and reports needed analyze and run the business, including workflow optimization, workforce management, and developing more efficient ways of working. You will help determine staffing requirements and participate in interviewing and hiring. The role is an office based position. Additionally, some specific supervisor shifts require certain hours to be present on campus, and can span any hours of operations. You have a minimum of 5 years experience leading large teams in a fast paced environment. You have proven experience coaching and managing multiple teams’ performance by providing guidance, setting clear expectations, delivering feedback, fostering development, and ensuring continuous improvement. Able to craft and deliver employee development plans for leaders that incorporate observations and key performance trends. You are able to analyze data, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for innovation and improvement and craft specific action plans based on the data. You possess strong communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills and are accustomed to managing, motivating, and developing remote teams. You have a proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with cross-functional leaders and business partners and can drive projects across multiple stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative, collaborative, problem solver that is passionate about providing input, and executing, efficient workflows. You possess a strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) required for effective communication with stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred 4 years experience leading cross-functional or cross-site teams preferred. Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational improvements preferred. Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment preferred. Management experience in a global organization is preferred.
