We're seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help ensure a vibrant and well-functioning environment across the facilities through top-tier maintenance coordination, contractor supervision, and customer service. perience in facilities management and sound customer service experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day building operations and maintenance activities. Administer access control, locker, signage, and wayfinding systems. Conduct site inspections and identify issues via BMS reports. Liaise with and supervise contractors and trades on-site. Respond to maintenance requests and customer enquiries promptly. Support fire safety preparedness and emergency response procedures. Contribute to facility reports, dashboards, and process improvements. Participate in after-hours on-call roster and weekend work when needed. Key Skills & Experience: Experience in facilities, property, or building maintenance coordination. Ability to use or quickly learn BMS/BIM systems. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Great communication and customer service mindset. A proactive approach to health, safety, and risk reduction. Must-Haves Current ACT Driver’s Licence. First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Fire Warden Training (or willingness to obtain). Physical ability to conduct inspections and hands-on tasks. Availability for on-site work and after-hours response duties.
