We are seeking a Logistics Manager, ANZ to join our dynamic team based at our North Sydney Head Office. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee physical logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics and value-added services (VAS) solutions. Oversee logistics operations, including supply chain coordination and inventory management, while ensuring the reliability, optimization, and maintenance of systems critical to operational efficiency Develop and implement logistics and VAS strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and execute a comprehensive master data strategy to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data governance policies and continuously improve logistics operations. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, particularly with 3PL relationships. Proven experience in master data management and governance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders.
